Classes

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Our CrossFit classes generally with a strength or skill based element, followed by our WOD (Workout of the day). Each session is coach-led and will last 1 hour and everyone will complete the same session that day no matter your fitness or ability levels.

Our class "Engine" is a cardiovascular based class that will be aimed at building stamina and endurance, your 'Engine". Using the rowers, air bikes, ski erg alongside low complex movements at high intensity you will definitely get a sweat up!

Our specialist classes include 'Barbell Club' - a one hour session dedicated to improving your Olympic Weightlifting, and 'Gymnastics Club' - a one hour session designed to improve on and build capacity in your gymnastics movements, such as Pull Ups, Muscle Ups and Handstands.
